Sunday nights are usually filled with dread over the death of yet another weekend and the work week’s rebirth, but the line up at the replay last weekend left most of the crowd feeling alive.

Local psych rock outfit Psychic Heat started things off and delivered an energizing set. They paused about halfway through the set to honor the passing of the legendary Lou Reed.

As Kid Congo and The Pink Monkey Birds (boasting Lawrence’s own Ron Miller on the drums) got started, the crowd packed in up close around the stage. If you weren’t moving to the music by the end of the set, you might want to check with a doctor to see if you are actually human.
