A long-overdue weekend of beautiful weather ended on a high note for music lovers in Lawrence when Hello Biplane returned for a homecoming show at the Replay.

The early evening set drew those ready to bask in the sun to the Replay patio, while the savory scents of the newly-opened Taco Zone (located in the corner near the bar) filled the air. Ex-pats Braden Young (formerly of The Magentlemen) and Spencer Goertz-Giffen (formerly of The Kinetiks) threw together a full band for the special occasion, and were joined by Allison O. (of Olassa) and a few of her friends.
