It seems like every time Skating Polly comes back to Lawrence, something’s a little different. The sibling rock group (and longtime Lawrence companions) are ever-evolving, constantly tweaking their sound and live presence. With every show at the Replay, the screams are stronger, the riffs are harder, and the kicks are higher. But right now, at this moment, they are peak Riot grrrl.

They stopped by the Replay and sent a jolt through the venue on a sleepy Wednesday. They were joined by premiere LFK psych-rockers Pale Tongue and the forever slutty The Sluts.
