Lawrence scenesters celebrated Independence Day the best way they know how— with plenty of beer and a loud and brazen show at the Replay. Gnarly Davidson, perhaps the most patriotic band in Lawrence, started the night off and lived up to their beer-rock nature. Psychic Heat, just off their longest tour, were in remarkably high spirits. Brody Buster performed one bluegrass barnburner after another to close the show.
