Be still, our hearts! The Quivers have graced Lawrence once again in all their retro-rocking glory.

The Kansas City band toes the line between rockabilly and just badass rock in general. When they hit the Replay up on Friday evening for an early show, they arrived in fine form with sharp suits and bouncy tunes from their latest release, Sugar Tease, that got every part of you bopping along. If you are under the impression that your physique is so slender and narrow that you may not have hips to wiggle or a booty to shake, The Quivers will help you find it in a heartbeat. Their numbers are delicious, a little saucy, and completely indulge-worthy. Sort of like a crush you’ve been eyeing all Summer, then finally got the nerve up to pursue when the weather just got too damn hot.
