It looks like the annual Mardi Gras Parade is still going strong, despite a few challenges. Noticeably absent from this year’s festivities were the creators of the vibrant event, Mike and Katie West (who recently moved to Wales). Though temperatures dipped to single digits on this Fat Tuesday, the musicians layered up and brought the loud ruckus to the Downtown area (occasionally dipping into businesses for warmth and merriment).
