White Schoolhouse was feeling the love over the weekend as dozens of revelers made their way through the thick snowfall to the cozy North Lawrence venue for the second annual Femme Fest. The word femme is often used to describe lesbian identities, and much of the lineup on this night featured queer-fronted acts. The event served as a celebration of women in music and DIY (or DIT [for Doing It Together, as organizers call it]). You can see photos from the night below.
