As if you needed another reason to party in the streets this summer. George Clinton and Parliament-Funkadelic have been booked to play a free outdoor concert this summer as part of the Free State Festival.
The Festival takes place across Lawrence from Monday, June 22nd to Sunday, June 28th. The festival will include live music, performances from actors and comedians, as well as film screenings. George Clinton and Parliament-Funkadelic will play an outdoor stage at 9th an New Hampshire. The free concert is sponsored by the City of Lawrence and the Granada.
