This photographer took a field trip out of Larryville Thursday night to see a band we covered at the Brooklyn Vegan showcase in Austin at SXSW. Local group Cherokee Rock Rifle warmed up the Czar Bar with some very dirty southern rock. KEN Mode was on deck and played their epic metal riffs with same, almost psychotic, energy we saw in Austin. Sludge metal group Torche played last and wrapped up an excellent night of rock.
