It was a Kansas City showcase at the Brick with Soft Reeds, The Empty Spaces, and The Caves. The Empty Spaces were celebrating the release of their debut EP – full of songs that have been stuck in my head since the last time I heard them. Yes, guys, we should all absolutely go film at the beach.
