We love a good mood booster just in time for summer, and Jamogi HAS IT.

The Kansas City musician has been on the scene for a while but has gained a lot of notoriety in the past year. His latest single, HollaBack, is an ode to New Jack Swing blending hip-hop, funk, and R&B. What does that mean for you? Well, it means you will have some uncontrollable booty shaking going on this Summer. The cherry on top in this track is a special appearance by Kansas City artist and I Heart Local Music fav Les IzMore.

Jamogi is a can’t-miss act– and lucky for you, he’s coming to town! Jamogi and his band are set to be the musical guest at this year’s Lawrence PRIDE celebration in Downtown Lawrence. You can see him on the big stage midday at South Park on June 6.
