You could throw a rock in any direction here in Lawrence and likely hit a new musical project from Katlyn Conroy.

This month, Conroy (of Cheery/La Guerre) is debuting a new collaborative venture with Orion Dollar. “Seattle” (below) is the first single off the upcoming Shellshine and blends rich electronic layers with guitar to produce pop harmonies we’ve come to love from Conroy. You can listen below before seeing them at their upcoming release show at the Replay in Lawrence on October 14 with Kadesh Flow and Subzilla.
