Spring is about new beginnings, new life, and new opportunities. To signify this beautiful annual event, every year we like to have a local musician sing to a baby. This year, Suzannah Johannes is celebrating a new chapter in her musical career by serenading a new life just starting out. In this video, she sings “Tum,” off her recent album Kansas City: Hanz Bronze Boulevard to baby Theda. Fun behind the scenes fact: Baby Theda is in the middle of discovering she can roll over! So she rolled off the pillow several times but got a little help from Mom getting back on.
