On Friday, April 1st, I Heart Local Music hosted a tribute to ABBA and mothers at the Bottleneck in Lawrence, Kansas. The evening featured performances by local musicians who are mothers covering ABBA songs, as well as drag queens covering the “Mama Mia” versions.

Party Party, featuring Katlyn Conroy, Maria the Mexican, Bad Alaskan, and Unfit Wives all performed. Local drag queens MsAmanda Love and Rose Champagne stepped in for their thrilling renditions as well.
