Over the weekend, I Heart Local Music helped Lawrence celebrate queer entertainers in our community. When COVID cancelled all live events, we delayed our annual PRIDE for the Masses celebration from June (PRIDE month) to the Fall. Thanks to the City of Lawrence, Explore Lawrence, and the Bottleneck, we were able to hold the event virtually.

The show, hosted by MsAmanda Love, was broadcast live from The Bottleneck. You can see some excerpts from the show below (all the performances, and some of MsAmanda’s segments). The show featured performances by Milez Long, Raven Jade Von’Du, Novacayne, and Kat King. Miss Gay Kansas also made an appearance, fresh off her Miss Gay United States pageant.
