Kansas City continues to be the source for feel-good pop in the Midwest, and Fullbloods is continuing that legacy with their latest album Mild West. You’ll find powerhouse players all over this album, including Ross Brown (of The ACBs) and Mike Nolte (an engineer on the album who works with Starfucker and Of Montreal).

The second single off Mild West, “No Keys,” brings us all the falsetto harmonizing we can handle– and we’ll gladly take it. It’s part of a larger, refreshing picture painted on Mild West free of complication and offering one painless and easygoing pop track after another. Considering the nature of the cold winter months, this couldn’t have been better timed.

You can see chill to Fullbloods’ music in person on Friday night at the Replay for their album release show.
