Thursday night at The Bottleneck kicked off the first night of Field Day Fest, the showcase put together by Cameron Joel Hawk of local power pop group The Dead Girls.

Each band played short but rambunctious sets that set a high bar for the rest of the feat. The lineup included post-hardcore boys Histories, dance pop 5-piece Brain Food, and Kansas City group Man Bear. The second half of the night was pulled together by local favs Black on Black, The Travel Guide and last and certainly not least by a long shot, the triumphant return of local legends Baiowolf. Friday night of Field Day Fest will be a must see for all the cool kids!!
