Four of the hardest working musicians in the KC music scene have stirred in the heartbeat, skank & bubble of reggae with tasty, soulful R&B vocals, & blended their various musical influences, including funk, country, zydeco, blues & rock, to create their own flavor of rootsy reggae in an exciting reggae band called New Common Ground. Their eclectic, experimental arrangements of reggae tunes and reggae versions of songs from other genres give the band a sound that’s truly unique.
