Back by popular demand, the I Heart Local Music Swimsuit Calendar is finally here!

The calendar features local musicians from Lawrence and Kansas City striking a playful pose for charity. A portion of the proceeds from these calendars goes to Midwest Music Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting music and musicians. They’ve been known to greatly assist local musicians with medical bills, and I Heart Local Music is more than happy to help them with this mission.

This year’s calendar features twelve months of local style from bands such as Middle Twin, Psychic Heat, and The Noise FM. Most of the models were clothed by Wild Man Vintage, a clothing boutique located in Downtown Lawrence. The photos were also shot on location throughout Lawrence and Douglas County.

Like last year’s issue, the 2015 calendar features musicians from several genres, an array of dapper duds, two sets of brothers, and complete chic.

The calendars will be for sale this Fall at Love Garden (822 Massachusetts), Cindy’s Simple Life (16 E. 8th Street), and Mass Street Music (1347 Massachusetts).

All photos for the 2015 I Heart Local Music Swimsuit Calendar are shot by Fally Afani.

I Heart Local Music would like to thank the following people who helped make this calendar happen: Wild Man Vintage, Cindy Luxem, Cindy’s Simple Life, Franklin Fantini, Brian Ondrejka, Marina Samples, Eleven Productions, Mammoth Live, Mass Street Music, Lawrence Hits, and Midwest Music Foundation.
