After some tumultuous years on the coast, I moved back to Lawrence in '97 and started "The Gleaners" in 2001 with my wife, Kars, on drums & Sky Lister on bass. By the end of '05, Pete Howell(Marmots) was on bass, Jerry Landers(Ultraviolets) on drums and Jason Coen on guitar. Adam Highland(Oh, Honey & Aphasia) replaced Jerry on drums in '07 & Randy Fitzgerald(Joe Worker) became our drummer in '11 to the present. We produced "In this Moment Lies" with the help of Tom Wagner in '05, "Rifle in the Sticks" with Cole in '09 and the "Western Shine" EP with Sean McEniry & David Moore in '13.
