You couldn’t really see through the haze spewing out of the overworked fog machine at the Riot Room, but you didn’t really need to. Monday night’s show was a treat for the ears. Three psych rock bands hit the stage with heavy numbers. Lawrence’s JC and the Nuns delighted with their religious-themed frenzy, while Hot Garbage made the kind of music you could both dance and zone out to at the same time. The night ended with L.A.
