If there’s one band in Lawrence that continues to expertly satisfy the scene’s lust for 90’s rock and grunge ballads, it’s The Sluts.

The foul-mouthed duo known for memorable songs (as well as psychotic fans at their live shows) just released a couple of new tracks off their upcoming EP. “Wonderful” is definitely one of the standout tracks, as is “Evil Woman” and “Only One.” But you’ll have to wait until the EP is released to hear the full set of new songs. For now, you can listen to “Wonderful” and “Spy Hunter” below. Then, in May, you can catch them (along with punk rockers Wendy Moira) when they open for Skating Polly and Bruiser Queen. You can catch that show at the Bottleneck on May 25.
