The Jackpot hosted an early bandfest Sunday night for those of us clinging to hope for the return of the golden emo era.

Locals Head Club and Hazing started the night strong, bringing a thriving crowd. Praise came up next, followed by the men of Hostage Calm. You Blew It! an group out of Orlando, pulled the kids in with their nouveau emo style. Citizen blew the roof off, inspiring crowd surfing and a deep emotional connection. It’s a good time to be emo.
