The sun finally emerged on the final day of Middle of the Map Fest. Kansas City festival-goers basked in sunshine all day, and enjoyed a colorful affair at night thanks to the vibrant antics of Kate Nash, Peelander-Z, and Of Montreal. Hip hop also had a large presence at the festival on Saturday, with lively performances by Heartfelt Anarchy, Stik Figa, and Shabazz Palaces.

Here are some photos of the festivities as they came to a close, including the I Heart Local Music Day Party featuring Bruiser Queen, Psychic Heat, CS Luxem, The Josh Berwanger Band, and The Sluts (who actually got an encore demand out of the audience).
