While dangerous weather raged across Kansas Saturday night, inside the Granada was actually a very pleasant show. The mild-mannered Spectrals, along with Mrs. Magician, joined the ever-popular Cults onstage for a beautiful set of echo-filled indie rock. The entire night was adorable. Spectrals got the audience to sing happy birthday to their bass player, and various members of Cults kept asking if a tornado had arrived yet.
